To Whom it May Concern:

On our nation’s currency, you will see the motto "In God We Trust".   Obviously, our nation’s founding fathers felt that it was important for our nation to not only trust in God, but also for us to proclaim this trust on each piece of currency we exchange.   Some personal research of mine has shown me that many of our nation’s founding fathers were Christians, and they founded our great nation with Christian values and beliefs.

As the president, founder, and sole shareholder of Patriot HR, Inc., I too recognize the importance of having strong Christian values at the heart of our foundation.   I am not offended or embarrassed to say that God the Father, God the Son (who is Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit are completely responsible for my personal success in all areas (including my role in Patriot HR).

Years ago I decided to make Jesus Christ the CEO of my life and of all my worldly belongings, including the companies I own.   I confer with Him on all matters, and I try hard to do what’s right.   I try to be an encouragement to Patriot HR’s employees to do the same and to conduct their daily company activities in a Christian-business-like manner (e.g., by working hard, providing the best value and service to our customers, and walking in love with everyone we encounter in normal business transactions).

Just as our nation has been blessed for our bold proclamations and faith in God, I too believe that operating Patriot HR with these core Christian values (and proclaiming these values) will ensure our long-term success!
